I'm a result-oriented project manager with extensive experience in the digital industry, including digital start-ups, marketing & web development agencies, digital consulting, and E-commerce businesses.

I planned and supervised "concept to launch" for a wide range of projects, delivered on time and within budget.

I coordinated cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, with up to 15 people between internal resources and vendors, forging valuable relationships at every organizational level.

Digital Project Management

Team coordination and concept to launch management for: E-stores, static sites, landing pages, app development, marketing campaigns and more.

Operation Management

Document and visually map out business processes and workflows, creating comprehensive and easily accessible documentation.

Team Tutoring

Operational support for all maintenance-related digital activities and knowledge transfer to empower the team towards achieving autonomy.
